Instructions for Presentations
INSTRUCTIONS for ORAL PRESENTATIONS
The authors of Invited and Contributed papers will be allocated 15 minutes for oral presentations, and 3 minutes for questions and answers. 2 minutes will be allocated for change-over to the next presenter. Session chairs have the responsibility to ensure the session stays on time, and will enforce this timing.
Authors must identify themselves to the session chair in the meeting room no later than 15 minutes before the start of their session (see Technical Program). Authors who do not present themselves at least 15 minutes before the start of their session may have their presentations cancelled.
In the event that an author does not appear for his or her presentation, a gap will be left in the program so that all other presentations in the session will occur at the times published in the final program.
Each meeting room will be equipped with a PC computer, a projector and screen.
PREPARATION of ORAL PRESENTATIONS
You can choose text, images, photos & graphs to prepare your presentation. The aim is to expose the main ideas of your paper and add new knowledge to the assistant.
Authors should bring their presentations on a pendrive (assure to bring your presentation in more than one pendrive to avoid unanticipated complications), and must upload them to the computer in the Speaker Ready Room at least one day before their scheduled presentation. Congress staff will assist authors in uploading their files, and will transfer the presentation files to the computers in the presentation rooms.
The Speaker Ready Room is located in the Room 130 (1st floor), and will be open during the following hours:
- Monday 5th 09:00 – 18:00 hours
- Tuesday 6th 08:30 – 18:30 hours
- Wednesday 7th 08:30 – 17:00 hours
- Thursday 8th 08:30 – 18:30 hours
- Friday 9th 08:30 – 17:00 hours

INSTRUCTIONS for E-POSTER PRESENTATIONS
ePosters (electronic Posters), are similar to traditional paper posters, but displayed on-site on a large LCD monitor screen and are available for electronic viewing at all times for participants.
Since you present your work electronically, do not require printing or production of materials. This is one of the advantages of e-posters.
The authors of ePosters will be allocated 10 minutes for oral presentations, and 3 minutes for questions and answers. 2 minutes will be allocated for change-over to the next speaker.
In the event that an author does not appear for his or her presentation, a gap will be left in the program so that all other presentations in the e-posters session will occur at the times published in the final program.
PREPARATION of E-POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Electronic posters (e-posters), are similar to traditional posters on paper, but are displayed on a 42″ screen, and will be available for electronic viewing at the three days of poster sessions.
This type of posters has the advantage of not requiring printing materials, should only be prepared and sent the digital file. In addition, we planned an exposure mode that allows you to interact with all participants interested in your topic.
Each author has been assigned a time to expose their work (see Technical Program).
